1. AFL Grand Final

The AFL Grand Final weekend sends fans into a frenzy each year. This year, there was a bit of debate about holding a possible twilight game at the MCG. But, tradition won out and the decider will be played on Saturday, September 29 at 2.30pm. This is your big chance to throw an AFL bash, get event catering in Sydney for your all-important hot dogs, and watch the game live on Channel 7.

2. NRL Grand Final

Last year, the Melbourne Storm defeated the North Queensland Cowboys 34-6 at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium in the NRL Grand Final. This year, get set for footy action on Sunday, September 30, as the NRL’s top two teams battle it out to claim the Provan-Summons Trophy.

 3. Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000

When you feel the need for speed, there’s no better way to get your fix than by getting into the spirit of the supercars! 2018’s action-packed Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 will be held from October 4-7. This year, the globe’s top golfers with a disability will also share the fairways, in the Australian All Abilities Championship. There’s sure to be plenty of action for golfing fans!
