We are based in Sydney (Australia) and operate mainly within the Sydney metropolitan area. However, we are able to cater for large events anywhere in Australia.
DO YOU CATER FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AS WELL?
Yes, we do. We cater for all types of functions corporate and private.
CAN YOU CATER AT THE LAST-MINUTE?
Yes, where possible. We will be more than happy to oblige last minute orders. Simply give us a call on 1300 881 576 to discuss your requirements and we'll do our very best to accommodate your order.
DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF?
Yes, we do. Our Hot Dog Cart/Stand comes with friendly, experienced and trained staff. Our staff will be on site for the whole duration of a booking and run the Hot Dog Cart/Stand for you.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are. Yummy Dogs Pty. Ltd. is covered with all necessary Product and Liability insurance policies.
DO YOU COMPLY WITH FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS?
Yes, we do. Yummy Dogs Pty. Ltd. is a notified business with the NSW Food Authority, complies with the latest regulations and has a qualified Food Safety Supervisor (FSS).
WILL You GENERATE ANY SMOKE?
No. We can set up inside your office or indoor venue without triggering any smoke alarm or sprinkler systems. We do not generate any smoke or excessive heat.
How many Hot Dogs do I need for my event?
Our Hot Dogs are quite large and filling. We do recommend 1.5 to 2 Hot Dogs per person. This is a guide as all functions are different. Some factors to consider are:
Will there be more men than women?
Will you be serving other food as well?

ARE YOU "JUST" OFFERING HOT DOGS?
Original Hot Dogs are our business. However, we also offer “Yummy Breakfast Dogs" with bacon and egg. Please keep in mid that we can only serve one product per booking (Hot Dogs or Breakfast Dogs) as our cart/stand requires a different set up for each product.
CAN YOU ALSO PROVIDE DRINKS?
Yes, we can provide cold drinks. Ask us about our beverage options.
ARE YOUR SAUSAGES GLUTEN FREE?
We use only top quality skinless Hot Dog Sausages made from finely minced pork lightly spiced. Our sausages are: Gluten free, naturally wood smoked with NO artificial colours and NO artificial flavours.
DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN & VEGAN OPTIONS?
Yes, we do offer top quality vegetarian sausages on request. Our vegetarian 'dogs' (sausages) are also vegan friendly.
Can YOU OFFER BEEF SAUSAGES?
Yes, we can offer top quality Beef sausages as an alternative option on request.

how FAST CAN YOU SERVE THE hot dogs?
The push out capacity for a single Cart or Stand is 250-300 Hot Dogs per hour. Need more? - No problem. We are able to serve over thousand Hot Dogs in under 2 hours.
Do you offer a Branding Option?
Yes we do. Take ownership and make our Hot Dogs Cart your own. Brand it with your company name, logo and colours. The branding option is ideal for trade shows, product promotions, open days and other corporate events.
WHERE ARE YOUR HOT DOG BUNS FROM?
All our Hot Dog buns are sourced from our local bakery, are handmade and freshly baked to order. They contain no added preservatives.
Do you sell on Markets or Festivals?
Yummy Dogs is a pure Catering business. We do Not sell on Markets, Festivals or other concession-based events.
DO YOU OFFER FRANCHISES?
At present Yummy Dogs is not offering franchises. However, we are happy to support your business and can supply you with our own range of Authentic Relish, Peppers & Pickle Products all around Australia.

HOW CAN I PLACE A BOOKING FOR AN EVENT?

CAN I RESERVE A BOOKING DATE?
If you have a particular date in mind, please book well ahead to avoid disappointment. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. All bookings must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the booking date. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your payment in full.
HOW LONG IS A QUOTE VALID FOR?
Quotes are valid for one month from the date of quotation, unless otherwise stated and valid only according to the specifications provided. Alterations to specifications may require quotes to be reviewed and revised.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BOOKING?
We offer different 'Event Packages', which can be customized to your needs and type of event. All our 'Event Packages' include:
Original Hot Dog CART or STAND
Our friendly & experienced Staff
All utilities (Gas, Napkins, etc.)
All ingredients (freshly baked Hot Dog buns, top quality sausages etc.)
Yummy Dogs own range of relishes, toppings and sauces (Over 15 different toppings)
Transport to and from the event (within the Sydney metro area)
Product and Liability insurance cover
DO I need PLATES and cutlery?
We serve our Hot Dogs traditionally on hot dog paper. Plates or Cutlery are Not required.
DO YOU PROVIDE NAPKINS?
Yes, we provide complimentary disposable Napkins. They are unbleached and made form 100% Recycled material.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOT DOGS I NEED TO ORDER?
No. We offer different 'Event Packages' which can be customised to your needs and type of event. We also offer 'D.I.Y. Packages' for smaller office functions or events. Ask us. We are happy to provide you with a quote.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR CATERING AND EVENT BOOKINGS?
For catering and event bookings, payments can be made via electronic bank transfer, company cheque, cash or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A transaction fee of 1.8 % will apply to all credit card payments.
Is my Online payment secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. When purchasing from Yummy Dogs your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. SSL encryption is the current industry standard. We do not store your credit card or bank details. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please Contact Us.
WHAT ARE YOUR VENUE SPACE AND SITE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS?
Our Hot Dog CART requires a minimum venue space of 3.0m x 3.0m and 2.5m height. For site access we require a minimum available width of 1.3m and a height of 1.8m. The cart is 2.7m long. The surface must be flat, level and support the weight of approximate 450kg for a fully loaded Cart. No steps or stairs.
Our Hot Dog STAND requires a minimum venue space of 2.5m x 2.5m and 2.2m height. The surface must be flat. The stand will be assembled at the event site. All components of the Stand fit through standard sized doors and into lifts.
HOW CAN I POSTPONE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
If you wish to postpone or cancel your booking due to bad weather or other reasons you must contact Yummy Dogs on 1300 881 576 and send a notification via email to: email@example.com
You need to contact us at least 48 hours before your booking is due to start. For notifications received less than 48 hours before the booking or if we arrive on site and the decision is made to postpone or cancel the booking, full payment will be required. If you postpone or cancel your booking 48 hours before the event you can transfer your payment to another booking with us within a six month period. Payments are not refundable. Notification is provided prior to the booking date:
More than 30 days = Refund of deposit in full
Between 10-30 days = Refund 50% of deposit
Less than 10 days = No refund of deposit
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SET UP THE HOT DOG CART/STAND?
The set up time for our Hot Dog CART or Hot Dog STAND is approximately 1.5 hours. Our staff will arrive around 1.5 – 2 hours before the start of the agreed ‘Serving time’.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT RUNS LONGER THAN EXPECTED?
We will start removing our equipment immediately after the booking has been completed. In the event that extra hours are required you will be charged for cart/stand hire and staff on a per hour rate, which will be charged after the event.
DO YOU REQUIRE POWER TO RUN YOUR CART/STAND?
All our Hot Dog CARTS runs on bottled gas provided by us. However, for lighting at evening or dawn events we require 1x 240Volt/10 amp power point within 15 meters.
Our Hot Dog STAND does Not run on gas and requires 2x direct and independent 240Volt/10 amp power points within 15 meters. Power can Not be supplied via a power board or double adaptor.
DO YOUR CARTS HAVE A HAND-WASH FACILITY?
Yes, they do. Our Hot Dog Carts come with a complete hygiene unit with all legal requirements. This includes a water system for cold & warm water, hand wash facility and a waste water tank.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR HOT DOG CARTS FROM?
Our Hot Dog Carts and Stands are especially manufactured for Yummy Dogs. They are top of the line and manufactured to the highest possible standard.
DO YOU SELL HOT DOG CARTS?
No, we do not sell Hot Dog Carts or Stands at the moment.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR YUMMY RELISHES FROM?
All our top class authentic Relish, Peppers, Pickle and Salsa products are exclusively made for and imported by Yummy Dogs from North America using a family run business which follows long-established recipes since 1948 and still adheres to traditional methods and techniques. Most of the crops are hand-picked. Our products are hand packed and hand processed, to allow for focus on detail and product quality.
CAN I PURCHASE YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT RANGE FOR MY OWN BUSINESS?

Can I place a product order via email?
Yes, you can. If you don't want to order via our Online Shop. All we need from you is the below information and we will then email you back a tax invoice for payment:
1. Product you would like to purchase
2. The quantities you would like of each product
3. Your Delivery address and Billing address
4. Your contact Phone Number for delivery
How can I pay with Credit Card for an order placed via email?
We accept credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please download our ‘Credit Card Authorisation’ form. Once completed, email back to us and we will process payment. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 881 576 to pay direct with credit card over the phone.
ARE YOUR TOPPINGS JUST FOR HOT DOGS & BURGERS?
NO! Use our versatile products on burgers, sandwiches, salad's, pizzas, pasta dishes, nachos, sausages and of cause Hot Dogs. They make a great addition to fish, pork, lamb, beef and other meats. Smother them on scrambled eggs, lavish them on lamb chops, mix them into pasta sauces, use them as a spread for sandwiches and wraps, as a dip for crackers or to spice up a sandwich, pep up a pizza or just eat them separately as a side dish. Make your own tartar sauce or mix them into salads…
WHERE CAN I TASTE YOUR PRODUCTS?
We are more than happy to provide businesses based in Sydney with tasting samples of our own range of top class authentic Relish, Peppers, Pickle and Salsa products. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do deliver our products internationally. We are happy to quote freight charges and can deliver to any country. Please be advised that Yummy Dogs cannot be responsible for local import regulations; these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please Contact Us via email if you wish to enquire.
CAN I BECOME A WHOLESALER FOR YOUR PRODUCT RANGE?
Yes, you can. You need to have an ‘Delivery Account’ with us if you wish to become a wholesaler. Only legitimate businesses will be accepted. Please contact us.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
We do offer free delivery for our product range to selected suburbs within and around Sydney when you place a single order of 4 Jars (for 'CBD' suburbs) or 6 Jars (for 'Outer' suburbs). Can I Pick up My order from your Warehouse?
Yes, To save on shipping costs, orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Beverly Hills (Australia). Please select the 'Warehouse Pickup - Free’ option during the checkout process if you like to pick up your order. Our warehouse is located on King Georges Road close to the M5, Beverly Hills NSW. All Pick-ups are by appointment ONLY.
